Wwe Super ShowDown: Kofi Kingston Wins Against Dolph Ziggler

Kofi Kingston Wins Against Dolph Ziggler

Kofi Kingston’s incredible WWE Championship reign has continued with a huge win over Dolph Ziggler at Super Showdown.

Despite Ziggler’s mind-games in the run-up to the match, including several attacks on the New Day, but that didn’t seem to put Kingston off of his game.

Late in the match, Dolph Ziggler nailed Xavier Woods with a superkick at ringside. Woods got some payback by distracting Ziggler on the apron, setting up Kingston to deliver a Trouble in Paradise.

The story was that Ziggler hit a superkick on Xavier Woods on the outside and so, not long after, Woods took advantage of a distraction and hit a kick of his own that turned Ziggler right into Trouble in Paradise. That was enough to get the three count.

The finish set up another match, however, as Ziggler was interviewed when he got backstage and challenged Kingston to a steel cage match for the title.
